Mañan Soc. Coop. through its Quality Department, is responsible for compliance with the Assurance Quality Standards rules, and the establishment and implementation of a HACCP plan (hazard analysis and critical control points) in our facilities for almond processing.

We have the certificate of the International Food Standard ( IFS ) and UNE EN ISO 22.000, both implemented since 2009, and certified all of them by AENOR as external certification entity.

With the establishment of these standards and continuous improvement we intend to meet the increasingly stringent quality and food safety requirements, of all our national and international clients, and specifically those to be met by a management system to ensure safety food throughout the entire food chain.
